This Will allow Sig Makers, Bannedstory Makers, Or Whatever the users like to do on This Forum To "Sell" Their Stuff via making a topic to sell, Instead Of Giving It Away(Unless you like too).
With The Cash System On, The Users Will Have To post To Earn these Points. But This Will Not Included Spamming, Which Will Lead To An Infraction.
So Yeah....
